[hobby] Warhammer 40k - Imperial Guard Heavy Bolter Heavy Weapons Team

Spruced up an old heavy weapon team to align them with current army standards. 

Standardizing the basing brings them in line with the rest of the force. The shift to the smaller base size is a clear improvement IMHO as the tighter footprint allows the team to blend naturally alongside the regular foot infantry rather than feeling like an isolated diorama.
